Introduction

LiveSchool was a platform created for teams! Working as a team, means you can give your students consistent feedback all day and share data in real time.

There are two types of LiveSchool users:

  • Admins A teacher account is able to record points, print reports, and charge students for rewards
  • Teachers An admin is able to do everything teachers can do, plus they can view and edit site settings and data. “Admins” in LiveSchool don’t always have to be administrators in your school building - for instance, you might make a grade team leader or other staff LiveSchool admins.
Add Users

To new users to your LiveSchool site so you can work together, navigate to Setup Mode from the mode selector.

Choose Users from the sub-mode selector.

Click the New User button.

Now, create a new user account. And click add user!

Your colleague will recieve an email from LiveSchool asking them to set a password and log into your site!

Spreadsheet Upload

If you are planning to invite a lot of teachers all at once, you can send us a spreadsheet and we will upload your staff for you! 

The Students file provides:
  • First name
    REQUIRED
  • Last name
    REQUIRED
  • Email address
    REQUIRED
    Email addresses will used as usernames to log in to the app. Use school-issued email addresses.

Fill out the file and send to support@liveschoolinc.com. Please be sure to include your school name in your email. We will upload the files to your site within one school day!

Once we upload your teachers, you can invite them from the app. Go to set up mode and choose users.

Click the Send Invites link at the top.

You can also resend an invite to a user who has not logged in yet.

Edit Users

If you are your school sites admin*, you can edit users information. This comes in handy when people want to change their email or name! To edit an existing user, click the green pencil next to their name.

Then, update the user’s information and save.

Delete Users

If you are your school sites admin, you can delete users. To delete an existing user, click the red X next to their name.

Then, click Delete User. Note: this will delete this user and their data.

Track Usage

You can see who active and the amount of positive and negative points they have given this week.
